Air-Go Consultants services are grouped under the following three functional departments.

  1. Marketing Department
  2. Exports and Imports Department
  3. Financial & Administration Department

Within the departments the following skilled personnel are available.

  • Manager Marketing - Export / Import Air and Sea Freight
  • Manager Export / Import Air and Sea Freight / Customer Service

MARKETING SECTION

Marketing team consists of highly qualified and experienced specialist’s personnel to provide a wide range of services. The services include the following:

  • Freight Forwarding
  • Distribution and Warehousing
  • Sea and Air Cargo Consolidation
  • Sea Air services
  • Containerized and General Cargo
  • Ports and Customs Clearance
  • Road Transport
  • Transshipment

Marketing department is staffed with Manager responsible for co-ordination of the various support activities required by the customer, analyzing customer requirements and offering the most competitive rates to meet the individual needs of each customer.

EXPORTS AND IMPORTS SECTION

Air-Go Consultants Exports / Imports department provides professional consultants, planning, communications and operational services for all it’s customers.
These services include:

  • Planning of cargo movement
  • Booking of space
  • Transportation
  • Customs formalities
  • Load plan
  • Execution of Airway bill
  • Pre-alerts
  • Destination follow-up


ACCOUNTING PROCESS AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

This is the department headed by Finance Manager. Air- Go Consultants has put in place procedures which are practiced in Financial and Administration on financial controls to ensure that assets are safeguarded, transactions are authorized and recorded properly, and that any material errors and irregularities are either prevented or detected within a reasonable period of time. Air-Go Consultants is focused on cost performance to improve cost income ratio. It rigorously controls cost through rationalizing capital expenditure, improvement of productivity and efficiency of employees and application of appropriate Information Technology based systems that sharpen service delivery internally and externally.

Research and Development is new concept brought about to enhance competitiveness and it’s located in this department. Part of R&D is handled by Marketing Department.

HUMAN RESOURCES / RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AND IT

The major role of key department includes:

  • Employee development
  • Human Resource planning
  • Optimal organizational structure
  • Employee evaluation and reward systems
  • Cultivating best HR strategies and policies
  • Information Technology Development
